Traffics bad just like it always was

Last time I graduated I
Thought it was overrated but
Now it feels like something
Has finally changed

Became someone like the people I’m staring at
Two years were misplaced

Dorm rooms apartments and class
Grocery stores and keeping up houseplants
People telling me about the world at large
Of sights still unseen

I’ve had my low days

I’ve felt the worst yet
I’ve had some highlights
I’ve let the days go
But not without a photo
I’ll miss it somewhat
But I can let go
